Detailed CIL generation error
In case a CIL error is not very informative like "Object reference not set to an instance
of an object." there is a logfile (Dynamics.Ax.Application.dll) in the AOS XppIL folder
(usually in Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics AX\60\Server\MicrosoftDynamicsAX\bin\XppIL)
that contains more detailed Information.
